They May as well shut down

<p>I have been emailing their SO-CALLED help desk since the beginning of last week. And posted on their facebook page. After complete silence. I got a response on facebook yesterday. Apparently my money was refunded. Yet there is nothing in my bank account. And on my Spree profile it still shows my return is pending. I also requested an exchange of sizes on the second item on that order. They are now sitting with the item at the warehouse. And STILL no one has come back to me regarding this issue. They also promised me a R200 voucher and I didn't receive that either. </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't mind if things are delayed. But COMMUNICATE with your customer. I HATE being ignored and getting no feedback. </p>
