They keep items that we're paid for.

Returned an item that was too small. Received a message that the item could not be refunded with no explanation as to why. Odd considering it wasn't even tried on. No response to any of my emails. I asked that they return the item to me and I would give to someone who it would better suit. And nothing... Seems they intend on keeping items that were paid for by their customers.
