They do not return your money!!!!

I have never experienced such bad service, they do not answer their phones I have been phoning for days wasting a lot of airtime, they also do not reply to their emails I have sent several, they took a double payment from me and processed it I can't even get ahold of them to request that they return the money to me!!! R 514 with purchase is R1028

then also they do come collect if you want to return something, but they did not even refund the full correct amount ??? and that they also don't correct. how disappointing
