The most inefficent service ever!

<p>I requested a return on my garments on the 20th on june 2017, it was collected from me on the 21st of june 2017. When i called on the 28th of june i was told it will take 2 days to finalize the return. Today is the 3rd of july and i still have not received my store credit and neither has it been finalized. Iv called more then 4 times to follow up on the matter i was told its gone for immediate approval and to finance and still nothing is done. To take peoples money spree is to quick but to process a return we must continously call spree and still nothing gets done. No one should ever rely on spree to receive or return and order on time as they are incompetant and inneficient. It took 3 weeks for me to receive my order and it looks like it will take more than 2 weeks for my return to be finalised! Disgusting service!</p>
