Thank you for the hassle free shopping experience

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for running a very efficient shop. I placed my second online order (apprehensively I might add as I am not a believer in online shopping) on Thursday by Friday Spree had sent me an email saying my order was dispatched and by Tuesday I got the call to collect my order at my work reception. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiently. Most of my colleagues buy from Spree and have only great things to say.<br> <br> But unfortunately the same cannot be said of the service providers. When I registered on Spree for the first time I unfortunately put my zip code as 2000 and this automatically meant I could not select door-to-door delivery for my first order and it would be delivered at the post office. The helpful lady from spree has already changed my code to 2001 and that's is how the second order went so smoothly. I keep calling the speed services customer care line to ask where my order is and the phones go unanswered. I cannot track my parcel which is agitating! If anyone from Spree reads this pls let me know what happens to undelivered/uncollected orders? Do they get returned to Spree?<br>
