Terrible Unreliable Spree

I requested a return on the 14th of July for an item I purchased that was too small. Collection usually happens in a week. This time it took 3 weeks. When I log in to check the status of the return it says they are still going to fetch it! It’s already the 14th of August today and absolutely no joy. I tried calling the contact center as well with more disappointment. The lines just ring and then it goes dead and cuts off. Can’t seem to get any help from Spree.
