Terrible Spree client service

I bought goods on the spree website, I returned them due to an issue with the sizes. I was supposed to be refunded my full purchase amount for the two items returned however they only refunded me for the one item. I tried calling their customer care line which does not go through and cuts off while you are on hold. I then sent an email to their support desk and on both times I got a response saying "the mail was deleted without being read".

Now if this is the kind of service you give to your clients then I will never use this service again. I will tell everyone I know how spree rips people off.
