Terrible service - no refund forthcoming despite promises

I have had such poor service from Spree. Sent some shoes back for a refund. I was advised on 9 April that my money was on its way. Following numerous emails I am still out of pocket by the refund which has to date not been paid, a month later. This is not acceptable.
