Terrible service for my last 4 orders

<p>I requested the following return - Return # ********** 32-1<br />The package was already collected on the 29 th of June and I have heard no further information. Since my experience with Spree has been so disappointing THE LAST 4 EXPERIENCES I would like to request the money for the returns be paid into my account, because store credit will not be viable anymore since I do not plan on supporting Spree anymore. First my e-mails get ignored, no assistance given by staff and poor quality items sent out.</p> <p> </p> <p>The above is request 617169 that I sent a third e-mail that has been ignored by your service team. The general service at Spree has been terrible, first I get items of poor quality, then the items are collected for return , but no further information is given. Your e-mails are not rep**** to and when I call your call centre I either get put on hold for heavens knows how long or the call gets disconnected. This is general experience I have had with the last few orders - there is always something going wrong. Spree was a top notch online shopping site but now it is not worth the issues to make use of your site. Hopefully I can get my refund as soon as possible and be done with this frustrating site.</p>
