Terrible Service

<p>I am so disappointed in the service I have received from Spree, I ordered a parcel on the 5th of June, after 2 weeks I called and was told that one item will not be delivered. The refunded me and send me a R200 voucer, after that I made the mistake to place an order with Spree again, after 3 weeks I phoned and they said they will deliver, it has been 4 weeks and still have not received all the items I paid for. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. No consultant has phoned me or assisted me, I had to follow up and call regarding my orders.</p>
