Terrible Service
<p>About a month ago Spree courier took incorrect package from my home. After receiving credit I realised there package was still with me. I notified them that I was credited but there package was never collected and that in fact took my package which was a delivery. They returned it to me on condition I had to pay courier charges even tho they were coming to fetch there own package. Eventually after receiving my package after 7 days the belt of the jacket is not in package. I sent emails. They just ignore me. Now I have an expensive coat with no belt to tie it. </p> <p>There service sucks. Will never but from them again.</p>

While this is an unfortunate turn of events, it needs to be noted that our couriers will only take the parcel which is handed over to them.
The fee paid is for the item which was sent back to you as this process is outside of our usual return process.
