Terrible service

I've had a return that was collected from me on Friday 01 June. Since then my order has shown on hold until this past Friday when I called spree again for a quality check. How can it possibly take a week to do a quality chec**** On top of that the consultants have attitudes when you call to enquire. Friday I was told my order should be delivered by Monday. It's Tuesday and not so much as an sms or call from these guy's regarding delivery. This is pathetic service. If the item's we're not gifts I would just cancel. It looks like it will not arrive in time for the birthdays anyway. Arg!!!
