Terrible service

I am having the most difficult time in returning a damaged parcel. It has been more than a month now and nothing. I keep getting messages that someone will collect the parcel, but no-one shows up to collect it. The following day I will just receive another message and the whole process repeats itself. I phoned them to no avail. Very disappointed! I will never buy from them again in fear that if something is wrong with an item it will never be collected and I will therefore never receive reimbur*****t.
