Terrible Service

I logged a return for one of the items received from Spree. The parcel was collected on the 8th of August. To date, I have not received my refund from Spree. I have called them and emailed them on numerous occasions, spoken to Sakhile and Jeslin and other people whose names I have forgotten, all of whom promised to resolve the issue but to absolutely no avail.

It is almost one month since my parcel was collected from me. This is unacceptable and terrible service at its best and no way to treat any customer, let alone one of your loyal ones.

Get your house in order and give me back my money. I have waited long enough.
