Terrible service

<p>I ordered from Spree.. for over R4000... their delivery policy says within 5 working days on the 4th day.. I called only to find the order is not even packed as it that was not enough... I requested a return.. its been weeks already, I have not been refunded, they dont even know where my order ended up. When I call I'm promised a call which doesn't happen. Today I received an email from Zinhle Ketelo saying they have requested for a manual collection??? The items were collected over 3 weeks ago all I want is my money. I always thought so highly of Spree but I must say.. their service has gone poor. I want my refund but it doesn't seem like they even care.</p>
