Terrible Service

<p>When you order an item at the end of your purchase, they tell you the it would be delivered in 2-4 working days. But it's never the case,and everything about the service is just slow. When you track your purchase it's in the same process for over 2days. They never respond to emails. Just terrible. This is my last purchase with them. Such a shame because they have reallt nice things.</p>
