Terrible service

<p>I ordered a number of items on Sunday and expected my items to be delivered within the 4 days as promised on the website but only to be told that my payment was delayed by the bank and no one informed me of any delay. On the 4th day i was told by Joy (the manager apparently) that the warehouse was packing my order which now looks like it took 4 days to pack and couldnt promise me delivery by any specific time. I am disgusted by the poor service from Spree and I was treated like a petulant child. </p>
