Terrible return policy at spree
I ordered a coat on Spree 3 weeks ago. The coat arrived on Monday 20 April and I was really dissapointed by the poor quality of the fabric. Its basically something you would find in a China Shop at half the price. I immediately booked a return on their website. They advised that someone will collect it in 2 to 3 days.<br> <br> After three calls to their call centre and promises that they will collect, including a call by the courier yesterday to confirm that they will pick it up I am still waiting for a collection.<br> <br> The agent said I should be patient as they are busy<br> <br> Meanwhile the expense is lying on my credit card accumulating interest and I have to carry a box with me everywhere I go<br> <br> Really not the experience I was hoping for.

As per our telephone conversation, our couriers were unable to reach you by telephone when they tried calling the cell phone number which we have on file for you. We have asked that they attempt another delivery.
