Terrible online store, customer service do not pick up the phone nor do they email you back
Tried contacting customer service to complain about the shipping address option on their site. You see they do not give you the option to deliver to your door, they only give you the option to deliver the goods to the nearest post office? Even though the option of door to door delivery is there - it does not work. Honestly? Anyway, after no joy with the phone call, I emailed them. Here is the reply: Will take my business elsewhere! Well done Zando and Take alot - pure joy working with you guys! Quick, efficient and affordable!
