Terrible Delivery times
I bought clothes for my nephews birthday on Thurs 23 Nov. The details on my order promised delivery within 2-3 days, however I am STILL waiting for my delivery, more than a week later. I have spoken to numerous people at the call centre including Zakhile Ngondo and Jacinta Hoskin, who promised to sort out delivery, but nobody ever came back to me. I had to eventually get something else for the birthday present.
