Terrible customer support

My spree order was delivered the 21/05/2018 and I had noticed that a shoe I ordered and indicated on the spree invoice was a size 4 but a size 5 was delivered to me. I logged the complaint telephonically the same day only for spree not to correct their mistake after a week! I had also emailed them and the support agent never got back to me with any feedback! I do not see how I had to wait a week for a mistake Spree had made and I continue to wait! I probably have to wait another week for an item to be "checked" that I never even took out the box.
