Terrible Customer Service (Worst Online store ever)

<p>I ordered an Item from spree on the 25th of November by luck it got delivered on the 26th. Unfortunately the size was not right so I requested a return and exchange. I was told to drop it off at Clicks Cavendish which I did on the 28th. It got scanned at the clicks and all seemed good as they said they will send me a correct size. But unfortunately till today they havent sent me anything. Its been two weeks since the item was returned to them and they havent delivered my new item. I have called them and emailed them a number of times and they dont even return my emails. I had to be the one calling them and asking them about my item. This has been the worst service I have ever experience from an online company ever. I will probably never buy anything from them again. I want my money back now.</p>
