TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am having an issue with getting hold of agents at Spree regarding an order that was returned last week Tuesday. It is 4:33pm, Wednesday the 6 June 2018. I have called them 4 times. Each time the phone gets answered and I hear the agents having their own conversations in the background for around 1 minute and then the call gets dropped. They ask you to make use of their email if their lines are busy, to which you get an email response ticket and then no further help or communication. ***????? This is the last time I am making use of their online shop and I will never advise anyone to shop with them.
