TERRIBLE AFTERSALE SERVICE FROM SPREE

I have logged a return and exchange on an item that I bought from Spree, I have emailed and called and spoke to a lady called Andrea about this exchange that I need. I was promised that I would be contacted by the courier and will have my new item within 10 days. to date no courier has contacted me when I call Spree on *** there is no answer, a machine just advised that all agents are busy. numerous emails has been ignored and I have lost my patients with this people. I will never buy from them again I am disgusted in the after sales service. As a matter of fact I wonder if they are still in business as you do not hear from anyone and there is no answer on the telephone. <br> Scary stuff. I hope that you see this post and that It serves as a warning sign for you to improve your service levels.<br> <br> I will be going to the factory or headoffice over the weekend!!!!<br> <br> <br>
