Takes my money, but not getting what I paid for. NO RESPONSE!

This is my was my first time buying from spree. I ordered my wedding shoes from them that was on sale, I was told to just spend another R50 and get free delivery. I then chose a pair of earrings that I didn't really want to buy, but either way I would've had to spend R50 on a item or delivery so I rather took something for that amount. A few days later I received an email saying that "some" of my items are ready to be delivered but the following items won't be, which turned out to be the shoes. I was also told that I was given store credit and if I want a refund that I should contact them. I then phoned to cancel my order completely as I did not want the earrings in the first place, the lady over the phone wasn't much help...all she told me was to return them once I received them, which I won't be able to do because it is earrings. I have sent multiple emails to cancel my order and receive my full refund as I do not want store credit. I have not heard ANYTHING back from Spree! How can they take my money and then just send me an email to say that the item won't be delivered with no real explanation and to top it off with give me store credit which I did not wan't as I wan't my refund. Why would I wan't to spend my money at spree after a horrible experience like this?
