Super fast to deliver but not to collect returns
Spree is super fast to deliver but don't try to request a return - they simply don't respond.
I received my order 28 January 2018 and requested a return the 29th of January (return no. ********** 24-1).
A week after logging the request for return, I received a notification to say that the courier will be collecting my package but that did not happen.
I sent an email (ref no. 975247) requesting feedback, no one responded. Today, 12 February 2018 I called the support number and spoke to Nicolaas who did nothing to resolve my issue either. Please assist.
