Sub-par quality product!

I ordered a handbag from Spree and was very impressed with their service, as the handbag was delivered within the promised time frame of delivery. After using the handbag for only ONE day, the colour of the handles (that go over your shoulders) started coming off. The handles are brown, but the brown colour is already coming off, revealing a nasty turquoise colour underneath it. It literally looks as if the brown colour is painted over the turquoise layer. <br> I have used this handbag for a total of 5 days only, and the handles are almost totally turquoise already, there is almost nothing left of the original brown colour. A handbag is something that you use EVERY day, it is supposed to be manufactured to LAST! I have not even used this handbag for a WEEK - and already it looks like a 2-year old handbag that was used on a daily basis.<br> <br> I demand an apology from Spree and a refund/exchange. This handbag cost me a lot of money and I expect a product of reasonably good quality - not this sub-par quality piece of s***!!
