STILL waiting on Spree!!!

After lodging a complaint against Spree on 30 December 2015 regarding a sub-par quality handbag, they did contact me and apologised, as well as promised me that their courier will phone me to arrange a suitable time to collect the said handbag. I have been waiting for almost two weeks for their courier to phone me - and still nothing!! In the meantime I have phoned them 3 TIMES to complain about this and to remind them that I start working again tomorrow (and then there will be nobody at home to give the courier the handbag).. and every time I am promised the same thing: they will remind the courier to phone me and they will follow up about this.<br> <br> I REFUSE to contact Spree again on my own expenses and I REFUSE to listen to anymore of their excuses. <br> This is totally unacceptable, not to mention TERRIBLE customer service from their side. I will NOT recommend buying from Spree to anyone!!
