Still waiting for refund

Sadly the service from Spree has taken a downward journey over the last couple of months. I am a regular shopper with them, but of late not only does their call centre not provide a seamless service / stick to their promise, their courier company can never get a collection correct - either they harass you for a collection when you don't even have one, or they do not collect for over a month (all my calls are recorded and I have offered evidence to this utter lack of upholding the brand).

But now it has become so bad, that I have been owed a refund for over 10 days and have no response from Spree despite my numerous attempts to find out what is going on.

Spree emailed me to let me know the EFT was on it's way and would reflect within 3-5 workings days depending on which bank I was with. This was completely acceptable. After 7 working days of not receiving the monies due to me, I sent them an email requesting for proof of the refund so I could track it my end and see where this has gone wrong. No response from Spree. I then emailed again....still no response or my refund.

This is disgraceful. I am a regular shopper and sad to say that from now on my business will rather go to Zando or Superbalist.

When will I eventually get the monies that are due to me?
