Still waiting for pick up

<p>I purchased something on the 25/11/2016. The order came the following week. I bought a white shirt but when the order came the shirt had a small yellow mark on the back off the shirt on the right. I did not want to try to take the stain off by washing it incase it never came off and then i would be left with a shirt no one could use. I emailed Spree and requested a return, they emailed me on the 01/12 saying that i need to email them my receipt and my bank account number etc etc etc. I did excatly that. Then nothing happened. I waited for someone to call me. Then on the 06/12/0216 I emailed to find out whats going on with this order and Nuuren Brown said that my order will be collected within the week. I waited again. Nothing happened - then again on the 09/12 i emailed to find out if this would really happen as it was Friday already and still no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>please can someone call me or at least respond to emails. I am afraid of how long the refund process is going to work especially if the service is already so pathetic now.</p>
