Still waiting for my refund 6 weeks later
I returned a pair of shoes on 23 April 2018. I was asked to provide banking details in order to process the refund, which i did provide (this was on the 14th of May) and was informed that the process will take about 3 working days.... today is the 28th of May and I am still waiting for my money.
I sent an email on the 21st of May to inquire about the status of this transaction and i am still waiting for a response.
i tried calling the call centre for assistance, this is an absolute waste of my time,. i just want my money back..

29 May 2018, 15:36Nobody has contacted me to say anything about this. It’s been over a month since I returned these shoes and I don’t understand why Spree is not processing my refund.
The contact centre is a waste of time because you’re either holding for 10 mins + or the consultants have no idea what is going on.
