Still waiting for EFT refund

I returned two items on 1st June (return# ********** 24-1)

Despite numerous emails back and forth I have still not received my refund. I have been asked for banking details etc and yet nothing happens after that.

It says that the refund is complete online but that is not true.

Please sort this out otherwise I will NEVER shop at Spree ever again.
