Still waiting for a refund on a return processed more than a month ago

I had to follow up with Spree regarding my refunds, after which most were processed, but there is still a refund outstanding that was processed on 19 October 2017. Today is 6 December 2017 and there is still nothing reflecting in my account. I have sent numerous requests to Spree with no response.
