Still receiving bad support from spree

<p>Spree gives super bad suppport. Worst online shopping experience ever. I Continue to receive bad support from Spree.co.za. The support only responded after 4 emails from my side. It`s been 10 days struggling with their customer service. Finally they responded and just marked my request as "resolved" without resolving anything.</p>
