Still nothing

<p>Posted my review early yesterday morning. Spree gave me a call and I dealt with them kindly. Sales person said they will contact the courier to request an urgent collection since I've been waiting 3 weeks now. This was yesterday morning 9am. It's now 5pm on Friday. Not sure if there's a misunderstanding with the word "urgent"? I can't wait forever. I've always been a loyal customer to spree but **** you are making this hell for me.</p>
