Still no refund!
<p>Fist time user of Spree and first much longer to deliver than promised. Dawn Wing also rude and useless. Now 12 days after request of collection and refund and no work from anyone! If ever collected, I wonder how long it will take to get my money back! - never again!</p>

I don't have time to stand in any post office and certainly wouldn't have opted for this on purpose.
I had the items delivered, not collected and would do the same for the return.

Further to the above this is the E Mail I received:
"The product gets returned to our warehouse
Was your order delivered to your door? Then our courier partner will collect the parcel from the address you provided in your returns request within 3 to 10 days. Please expect a phone call to arrange a pick-up time that suits you."
