Still No Progress

I cannot believe two weeks after posting my complaint, there is still no resolution to my initial query from Spree. My parcel was collected on 04 February and it is apparently still in quality control. How long does QC take? In the meantime, I'm still not getting refunded. <br> Add injury to insult, I placed another order last week Friday and made payment Saturday. As requested, I sent them proof of payment. I just checked today, my order is still pending payment. This despite that the coompany does work on Saturday and payment is effected to the same bank as mine. No wonder delivery to me of my goods takes forever. <br> I think once I'm done with these two orders, I will take my business elsewhere. Like Zando. Spree has a lot of nice clothese but for the lack of service that I'm getting I'm better off. This is really appaling.
