Spree's failure to deliver my parcel

I bought running shoes from Spree on friday 27 October 2017. The delivery was promised to be within 2-4 days. I called in as i was worried because im leaving for Joburg tomorrow morning (3 November 2017) and i needed the shoes for the Marathon on Sunday. All the angents k spoke to kept on telling me that they have escalated my query to the logistic department. I had those stories until it was time for them to go home at 6pm. And the delivery cut off time is 5pm. The lady i spoke to promised me that I'll have the parcel today still. Whats making me angry is that they did not only breach the contract of delivery, they also **** and assured me that I'll get mu parcel. To make matters worse i got a call a little after 6 to tell me that they did not have an address and Spree said its the delivery company that delayed they sent everything to them. I dont know who's lying and making stories now.
