Sprees bad service

I have a bad experience with Spree its for online shopping and their offices are in Cape Town. I ordered 3pairs of shoes for my son and the sizes where too small and the courier guys took the shoes back to Spree. I took the shoes on the 3rd of this month up to today I didn't get my refund and when I call them the phone is forever busy and they don't reply to my emails. The shoes are worth R733.
