Spree.co.za Worse customer service ever

Good day Order number: ********** 31 Spree call ref no:119255 Support Consultant: Natasha I write to you with utter disappointment in your lack of service. Requested a refund on the 7th of August, spoke to Natasha whom confirmed she received my email but due to the high volume of work no one is attending to the Spree inbox. She however process the refund as urgent(could not confirm a turn around time, not sure how this people operate). To date no funds received. One always struggle to get through to them via the telephone, hold on for ages, no joy when sending email. I do not recommend Spree as a online shopping store. Kindly confirm receipt hereof and please revert back soonest.
