SPREE.co.za - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I Purchased a Reebok Sneaker online Sunday 06/05 and paid the next day delivery fee. Not only do you have to call the office of Spree 10 times before someone actually speaks to you, the representative is so rude. All i need to know is do they have an estimate time of delivery as i will not be at office 5PM - i get told how must they know I too work in the retail industry and you do not speak to any customer like this I will NEVER purchase from Spree again, and will pass on this message to all i know does - as their SERVICE is terrible I
