Spree.co.za is not legit

Hello,

My first experience with Spree.co.za was terrible simply because they cannot handle queries well. I bought Palladium shoes for R800 on sale worth R1300. I made the payment on the 3rd August 2018 and till today I haven't received my package. I've been sending emails and tweets non stop but no one wants to help me. I only received one response saying that I will get my refund. It's been 4 weeks now and still nothing.

I do not recommend this online retailer to anyone. Bad service! I don't even know where to report them for false marketing and take lefal action. Can anyone advise please?
