Spree.co.za HORRIBLE customer service!!!

I purchased a pair of court shoes in a mid pink hue as shown on their website. Upon delivery, the shoes are a mix of the pink (left) and grey (right) in one box. I immediately returned the shoes and they said it will take approximately two days to finish the quality check (this is now four days of receipt of the parcel by them). I then phoned back after two days and was told the quality check is now done and the order is in the queue to be released. The person I was speaking to then says they've requested the order to be fast-tracked and I should be receiving it by next week. When I end that call, after much frustration, I see they have completed the return and said "Apologies! Order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen stock issues"!! Now I have been put on hold for about 10 minutes and sent from pillar to post without help even when asking for a supervisor to speak to. Nobody is coming back to me to even explain whether they'll refund my money or what. I eventually got tired of holding on and hung up and until now nobody has come back to me. SUCH SHOCKING AND HORRIBLE SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED!! It is things like these that cause businesses to fail because customers don't pay for the items only, they pay for the experience they get as well!!
