hi I bought myself 2 pairs of Nike sneakers in December from spree.co.za and in less than 6 months both left pairs air punctured send them an email and as usual, I got an automatic reply saying a consultant will contact me soon wich never happened after waiting 3 weeks later i get a reply that courier will collect once collected I got another email stating that the issue will be resolved after 2 days and yet again after 2 days no response I sent a mail on the 3rd day and automatic reply was sent to me with a consultant bull. after sending numerous emails I get a reply after 2 and a half weeks that says it's not refundable due to damages and dirt stains found on the item and that i should deposit R100for the takkies to be returned.
