Spree - WORST SERVICE. NO REFUNDS. NO FEEDBACK.

I had almost R10000.00 outstanding in refunds. I sent close to 20 emails all of which received no replies. Facebook and Twitter also no response. I spoke to almost every consultant at Spree on various days, all apologizing profusely for the pathetic service and how the efts will be done immediately..... Needless to say all of these consultants ****.

It’s taken close to a month for some of the money to be refunded. Even an order never delivered is still pending refund - now at 3 weeks.

I also want to bring it to the public’s attention how poorly items are being packaged by Spree. You are paying a lot of hard earned money for items and they literally just shoved into a bag with no care whatsoever ever.

I will never be ordering from Spree again.
