SPREE wont refund me even tho they said they have

Ive been waiting for a month for my return, and I got an email on 4th May saying that my refund has been completed, ive called numerous times and been told last week that the return was done and would take 3 days to clear into my account, then I called yesterday to be told that it hasnt been done and that Shafeeah will call me back. She is dealing with this, and I have not gotten a call back, nor has anyone answered my emails. Its as if they dont want to refund me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW.<br> I made a hellopeter complaint last week and someone called me to say how sorry they are about this issue, and I still have not gotten my refund. Shocking service, and no one calls you back. You get **** to and ignored by SPREE. I dont recomend anyone purchase from them ever. I know I will never again.
