Spree - TERRIBLE SERVICE

Since the 8th August I have been trying to resolve the issue of my refund. I published a review on HelloPeter on the 8th August and since then o have not received a call from Spree.

I used my airtime and my time to call the most unhelpful call center I have ever interacted with. Each time i am told the same thing "It is in the queue for payment" but no payment has been made.
