Spree SUCKS

Spree has not responded to my emails for nearly a week regarding me not being able to refund a pair of shoes with a design defect (which is still within the refund period). I have emailed them numerous times, contacted them directly on Facebook as well as commented on their Facebook post- but NOTHING! I have had issues with Spree before and I am highly disappointed with them as I am I regular shopper! Their response time and customer service is **********! I can assure you, I will not be shopping with them again!
