Spree Sucks

I placed an order on Spree and when I tried to make payment, the system just hung and hung. I called the call centre and spoke to Joy and she told me to wait up until an hour as the system was very busy due to the sale. I waited but still to no avail. I called back and Joy told me that the stock that I had chosen was still on my order and available, and that I should make an EFT payment in order to secure the items. This was done on Mon or Tues and today Friday still no response from them. I called every day to find out and I get told that the items were no longer in stock and when I explain the story with Joy, I get told that the Finance department is busy with it. I ask to speak to some sort of management, but they're never available. I wonder how the company runs with no managers present, or are the managers all hiding behind a curtain. THEY WERE HAPPY TO TAKE MY MONEY BUT WHEN TIME COMES TO DELIVER I GET THE RUN AROUND.
