Spree *****s Money

I made a purchase on Spree and the order failed and it was cancelled on Spree side, but Spree still took R2546 off my Credit Card, and now they say they can't see the find their side?? Where has the money gone to?? ABSA advised that because it was an instant EFT the money reflects on your side..
